Today, on Monday, May 22, 2023, the Secondary Education Board of Assam (SEBA) has announced the results of the Assam Board High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) examinations, bringing an end to the anticipation for lakhs of students. The Assam Education Minister, Ranoj Pegu, personally shared the information about the SEBA HSLC Result 2023 Date and Time. As per the Education Minister’s announcement, the results for the HSLC exam 2023 were officially declared by SEBA at 10 am today.
The Class 10 board exams took place from March 3 to March 20, with exams being conducted in two shifts: morning and afternoon. The morning shift exams were held from 9 am to 12 pm, while the afternoon shift exams took place from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm. The practical examinations for Class 10 were scheduled on February 24 and February 25.
In the year 2022, the Assam HSLC exams received a total of 419,887 applications, out of which 405,582 candidates appeared for the exams. Among the candidates, there were 217,012 girls and 188,570 boys who appeared for the Class 10 exams. The overall pass percentage for the exams was recorded at 56.49 percent.
For the 2023 HSLC examinations, a larger number of students, specifically more than 422,174, have registered to appear.
Following the formal declaration, the link to check the results has been activated on the official websites of SEBA, namely sebaonline.org and resultsassam.nic.in. Students can now visit these websites to access and download their HSLC exam results. This marks an important milestone for the students who have eagerly awaited the outcome of their board examinations.
